Stop Sciatica Now Review

Stop Sciatica Now is an ebook book that covers exercises and advice on how to completely stop the pain of Sciatica.

If you have Sciatica then you don’t need a long explanation of what it is and what happens if you have it.   Anyone who has it knows it is very painful both in the lower back and in the legs.  Even with over the counter pain medications you might not be able to relieve that pain.  This book is a way to help alleviate that pain by using exercise.

This ebook points out some of the reasons people suffer with Sciatica.  Posture has a lot to do with it.  Learning to stand and sit correctly can help relieve some of the pain you may be experiencing.  I have tried some of this advice and it has worked for me.  I sit in a chair at my computer for hours at a time.  I now know how to sit correctly to keep my back and legs from aching or going numb when I get up and try to move around.

The exercises set out in this ebbok are very easy to do. At first I thought if I do these it will make the pain worse.  I can hardly stand the way it is.  After doing a few of them I felt my body start to relax and the pain started to ease up.  Now I do them because they make me feel so much better.  They are gentle and easy to do and there are so many of them in this book that you can pick and choose the ones that will work for you.

Best of all, I learned ways that will make walking, standing and sitting a much more pleasant experience.  I can sit in this chair at my computer all day and still be comfortable when I get up and walk away.  I can now control my Sciatica and I don’t need harsh drugs or long drawn out exercises to feel better.  If you suffer from Sciatica try this ebook.  It’s well worth it if you can live a pain free life or even lessen the pain of Sciatica.
