Herbal sprays are made by mashing or blending one to two cups of fresh leaves with two to four cups of water and then leaving them to soak overnight. On the other hand, you can also make an herbal tea mixture to use by pouring the same amount of boiling water over two to four cups of fresh or one to two cups dried leaves, and then leaving them to steep until the water is cool.
